Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders in the online shop of Nils Goecke (“Seller”) via this website. Deviating customer terms do not apply unless expressly accepted by the Seller.

Product presentations are not binding offers but an invitation to order. Completing payment via Stripe constitutes a binding offer. The contract is formed upon successful payment / order confirmation. Checkout is handled via Stripe Checkout.

Where applicable, no VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small-business scheme). All prices shown are final prices.

Additional shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed. The selected shipping option applies.

Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered at checkout. The purchase price is due upon order.

Products are manufactured and shipped on demand via a fulfilment partner (Printful). Lead times include production and shipping and vary by product and destination. Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.

Goods remain the Seller’s property until paid in full.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal unless a legal exception applies. Details are in the withdrawal policy.

Statutory defect liability applies. Please report obvious transport damage as soon as reasonably possible.

The Seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable, typical damage. Product liability law remains unaffected.

German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
